Secondary National Training on the Knowledge of Energy Conservation for the Technical Backbone of Supervision and Regulation of Energy Conservation of Industrial Boilers.
The secondary National Training on the Knowledge of Energy Conservation for the Technical Backbone of Supervision and Regulation of Energy Conservation of Industrial Boilers, hosted by State Quality Inspection Administration, Bureau of Safety Supervision of Special Equipment, undertaken by China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, with the associate organizer of Japan Miura Industrial Co., Ltd., as held in Suzhou during the period from 9th, Nov., to 13th, Nov., with participation of over 120 people including security supervision personnel, inspection and checking personnel and training teachers for the boiler operators from 19 provinces and cities in the country.
Leng Hao, the associate consultant from the boiler segment in the State Quality Inspection Administration, Bureau of Safety Supervision of Special Equipment made important instructions in the opening ceremony on the work of energy conservation of national special equipments with high energy consumption, while Guan Jian, the Director of the Energy Conservation Research & Testing Centre and General Engineer Office in China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute made an overall and deep speech on the subject of Present state and train of thoughts on supervision of special equipments with high energy consumption in China. President Yuji Takahashi made a speech in behalf of Japan Miura Industrial Co., Ltd. and expressed warm congratulation to the secondary training class held in Suzhou.
Experts from the teacher-training group dispatched by Japan Miura Industrial Co., Ltd. for this training introduced relevant management concepts, experience of energy conservation as well as new technologies about the energy conservation of the boiler in Japan to these students, which will be good for the promotion and application of the above new technology of energy conservation and will bring significance to further promotion of the implementation of “four items of five” note 1 energy conservation engineering.
Note 1: “four 5s” refers to 50,000 activities of the energy conservation management of the boiler room reaching the standard, water treatment of over 50% industrial boilers (over 4 tons) reaching the standard, training on the energy conservation knowledge provided for 5000 personnel for energy conservation supervision and energy efficiency test, promotion and application of over 5 new technologies for saving energy. |
